1) golf should be fun, work should be fun, make sure everyone is having fun
2) golf should not be reserved for the country club elite, make great products that don’t break the bank and exclude people
3) Listen and take care of your loyal customers and co-workers
4) always be kind, even when someone is an a-hole
5) don’t take ourselves too seriously
6) respect our competitors because they make us work harder
7) call a spade a spade, don’t bs our customers
8) be transparent, at all costs, except when it makes us look bad 🙂
9) promote people and companies doing great things for the benefit of humanity
10) Most importantly, friends don’t let friends overpay for lousy golf balls
